Key HR Solutions moved into the Incubator mid 2008. Working from Todd St has offered our business a fantastic foundation of networking contacts as well as educational support to grow and develop our Business.
Karen Prevost is the Key HR Advisor : With 12 years experience in Human Resources, Karen is a qualified professional currently adding to her accreditations in HRM, justice studies and company directorship, with Business Counsellors Accreditation currently being conducted on site at Todd St.
We have also enjoyed conducting workshops for other incubator and NWBDC clients in very topical areas such as Employment Agreements, Performance Management, Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare, Disciplinary Procedures and Recruitment. Our target client groups are small and medium size businesses. We prefer to help clients work through issues, offering tailored support to meet their needs. So far, business is going really well from Todd St: We have recently recruited a new staff member and have taken advantage of the incubator’s flexible terms by expanding from one to two offices.
