AdProp is a Real Estate Agency focussed on residential property management with a twist of investor education and support, being the target market. It differs from other Real Estate Agencies as it was created by property investors, for property investors, rather than another arm to a sales department.

At the time AdProp found the Todd Street incubator, it was not much more than a revolutionary idea of creators Amanda Blakeley & Xenia Ioannou, who knew they were on to something big.  However, competing in the industry with more established and larger companies was daunting, to say the least.  “We learned that a key factor for growth was the client’s perception of the company.  We don’t believe in “fake it until you make it”.

Todd Street provided us with multiple choices which enabled us to take the next step in growth. Todd St gave the perception that we were a larger organisation: Providing the client shop-front as well as back-end business support, at a fraction of the cost.  This has enabled AdProp to triple in size within the 18 months it has been an incubator client:  We now have six staff members and two managing directors working to grow the business ten-fold within the next 18 months.”
