Capitalise Property Maintenance provides clients with an all-in-one solution for any property maintenance needs. We access many different trades to enable them to find a solution to any maintenance request, large or small. The client liaises with one person, who coordinates all the clients’ requests.
Capitalise creator Roger Wolf found when analysing the business model’s target market, there were strong synergies between the services it provides and property management agencies like AdProp (who is another incubator client of Todd Street).
This has enabled Capitalise to grow quickly to support one full time employee along with its two partners and we have only been in the incubator just over 3 months!
Our focus is now on formalising business plans for future growth.
