Business Owners Coaching Program (BOCP)
This 10 month program is partially sponsored by the SA Department of Trade and Economic Development
The BOCP is especially relevant to clients who have invested in developing the business basics and have been in a management role for at least 2 years.
With a maximum of 10 participants, the group meets once a month in a round table format. Each 3 hour session provides an opportunity for experienced business owners to work through key issues affecting both the planning and operations of their businesses.
Hosted by a professional coach with a strong business background, the BOCP incorporates the added benefit of meeting the coach one on one for 10 sessions, throughout the life of the program.

The Sounding Board
In response to demand from our experienced business clients, the NWBDC introduces a new executive level leadership program.
The Sounding Board is relevant to business owners who have grown to a point where they are now dealing with complex business issues such as governance, workforce management and planning, key client relationships, funding business expansion, balancing the time demands of operations and strategic management.
During a 10 month program, The Sounding Board combines monthly “boardroom discussions”, chaired by professional facilitators to and quarterly presentations by outstanding speakers especially selected to address business issues most relevant to the group. In addition to the program’s focus on sharing experiences to solve problems, clients will be given the option to access business consultants to work one on one on specific business assignments of their choice.
