Harry Wierda CEO, and Mayor Gary Johanson, City of Port Adelaide Enfield. The City of Port Adelaide Enfield owns the Todd Street Business Chamber building and has renewed the original 10 year lease in 2008, providing the incubator with a second 10 year term to 2018. Council has supported Todd Street since inception. Subsidized rental allows the incubator to direct all revenue to client support services and programs.

The Hon. Craig Emerson, Minister for Small Business & Independent Contractors & Hon Mark Butler, Member for Port Adelaide with NWBDC Board Chairperson Kristine Peters and General Manager Lyn HayAusIndustry funds a 4 year contract to the NWBDC to deliver one on one mentoring, consulting and advisory services to small business owners and managers.

The Honourable Kevin Foley, Deputy Premier & Treasurer Member for Port Adelaide with NWBDC Board Member Bruce McFarlane and NWBDC Staff, Jan Stokes, Lyn Hay, Julie Clarke & Nathan ClarkeDTED provides a 3 year contract from 2008 to 2011, to support to the NWBDC to deliver information, training and consulting services to business owners and managers
